    Sushi Yoshitake is a 2 Star Michelin Sushi Restaurant on the ground floor of The Mercer with 14 seats. Its restaurant in Tokyo is awarded as Michelin 3 Star. The menu is set according to the freshest daily catch fly from Japan, but flexible enough to match individual tastes. Chef Yoshitake is the only top sushi chef to offer a world-class wine list to complement the sushi experience. The restaurant décor is simple and clean reflecting the straightforward nature of Japanese cuisine.
